It is very important for us that our costumers are happy with their purchase. If your are not entirely satisfied with your product feel free to return it following these guidelines:


Send us an E-Mail to with your order number and the items that you would like to return.

There are 2 options you can choose from for your return:

Free Return

If you would like to receive store credit for the product that you return we will cover the shipping costs for getting the package back to us. We will send you a prepaid label that you can use to ship the package back to us without any additional costs.


If you would like to have a refund for your order you will have to cover the costs for shipping the products back to us. You can choose to either ship the package out yourself (has to be tracked & insured) or we can send you a prepaid label and deduct the costs from your refund.


You have to notify us about the return at most 14 days after you initially received your order (The only exception are our VIP Customers)
When shipping to product out yourself you will need to use a tracked & insured shipping services as we are not responsible to lost packages.
For your product to be eligible for a return it must be in the exact same condition that your received it in. If you purchased a brand new product the tags still have to be attached. We inspect every product very carefully and will notice any possible damages/flaws.
We are not responsible for any damage that may happen to the product on the way back to us. Therefore please pack the product carefully so there is no chance for it to get damaged on the way.
If you return your item from outside of the EU you are responsible for import costs that we may have to pay when receiving the item. If we have to pay import customs & duties we will deduct the amount from your refund.



Once we receive the item we will inspect it and initiate the refund as long as everything is alright.

Please note that refunds can take up to 7 days to get processed depending on your payment method. This is the processing time for the payment provider and not in our control as we will initiate the refund as soon as the product was inspected.
